This policy describes how SGH Logic, LLC (“SGH Logic”, “we”) handles information collected through https://sghlogic.com. It is written to be read, not to be impenetrable.
Information you send us. When you submit a contact form or use one of the tools and choose to send the result, we receive what you typed: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number, and a description of your situation. Tool submissions also include the inputs and results from that tool.
Assistant conversations. Messages you type into the chat assistant are sent to Anthropic’s API to generate a response. We do not store chat transcripts unless you submit the contact form from within the chat, in which case we receive what you typed into that form.
Technical information. Our host records standard server logs such as IP address, browser information, and pages requested for security, reliability, and rate limiting. If we enable Google Analytics, it also receives standard website-usage information such as page views, sessions, approximate location, and browser or device information, and its web tag may set first-party analytics cookies. We do not use advertising pixels on this site or send contact-form contents to analytics.
We use what you send to reply to you and to prepare for a conversation about your project. We use technical and aggregate usage information to keep the site reliable and, if analytics is enabled, to understand which pages and tools are useful. We do not sell or rent personal information, share it with data brokers, or add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
Running a website requires service providers. Ours are Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (transactional email), and Anthropic (the AI assistant and tools). Google Analytics is also a service provider if that optional measurement feature is enabled. Each processes data to provide its service to us and under its own applicable terms. We do not opt this website’s Anthropic API traffic into programs that allow commercial API data to be used for model training.
Enquiries are retained for as long as we may reasonably need them for the business relationship, and no longer than three years from your last contact with us. Ask us to delete yours earlier and we will. Analytics and infrastructure providers may apply their own configured retention periods to technical usage data.
Email matt@sghlogic.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. You can also block or delete analytics cookies through your browser if analytics is enabled.
This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes materially, the effective date above changes with it. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly.
