This policy describes how SGH Logic, LLC (“SGH Logic”, “we”) handles information collected through https://sghlogic.com. It is written to be read, not to be impenetrable.
Information you send us. When you submit a contact form or use one of the tools and choose to send the result, we receive what you typed: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number, and a description of your situation. Tool submissions also include the inputs and results from that tool.
Assistant conversations. Messages you type into the chat assistant are sent to Anthropic’s API to generate a response. We do not store chat transcripts unless you submit the contact form from within the chat, in which case we receive what you typed into that form.
Technical information. Our host records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, and pages requested — for security and rate limiting. We use privacy-preserving aggregate analytics if enabled; we do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.
We use what you send to reply to you and to prepare for a conversation about your project. That is the entire purpose. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with data brokers, and we do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask for.
Running a website requires service providers. Ours are Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (transactional email), and Anthropic (the AI assistant and tools). Each processes data only to provide their service to us. AI providers may process your inputs to generate responses in accordance with their own terms; we do not permit use of your data to train models.
Enquiries are retained for as long as we may reasonably need them for the business relationship, and no longer than three years from your last contact with us. Ask us to delete yours earlier and we will.
Email hoff@sghlogic.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. There is no form and no verification runaround — we will just do it.
This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes materially, the effective date above changes with it. Material changes affecting existing clients will be communicated directly.
