Software shaped like your business, not someone else’s
There is a point where the off-the-shelf tool stops fitting and the spreadsheet becomes load-bearing. When your process is the thing that makes you money, generic software makes you worse at it. We build the application that fits how you actually operate.
Typical timeline
6–16 weeks for a first production release
Starting at
$18,000 for a focused internal tool
Ongoing cost
$50–$400/mo infrastructure, paid directly to the providers
You probably need this if
- A critical spreadsheet has a tab nobody is allowed to touch
- You pay for software where you use 10% of the features and none of the ones you need
- The answer to "how many did we do last month" takes a day to produce
- Your process lives in one person’s head and they are retiring
- You have been quoted six figures by an agency for something that should not cost that
What you get
A working application, deployed
Web-based, works on a phone in a truck, real user accounts and permissions, real backups.
Your data, in your account
Hosted on infrastructure you own — your Vercel, your Supabase, your Stripe. Not locked in ours.
Tests and CI on anything load-bearing
Automated checks that run before every deploy, so a change to one thing does not silently break another.
The source code
In your GitHub organization from day one. If we part ways, you keep everything and any competent developer can pick it up.
Common questions
Why not just hire an agency?
You can, and for some projects you should. What you get here instead is the person who writes the code sitting in the discovery meeting. Nothing gets lost between the salesperson, the project manager, and the offshore team, because there is no chain — there is one engineer who understands your business and ships the software.
What happens if you get hit by a bus?
The code is in your GitHub org, the infrastructure is in your accounts, and the architecture is documented in the repo. That is deliberate. A bus factor of one is fine for the vendor and unacceptable for the client, so we set it up so you are never hostage to us.
Can you work with our existing developer or IT company?
Yes, and it often goes well. They know your environment; we bring the build capacity. We are happy to work to their standards and hand off cleanly.
