Common questions
What is different about working with SGH Logic?
The person learning how your operation works is also responsible for designing and building the software. That keeps the business context close to the implementation and reduces handoffs between discovery and delivery.
What happens if SGH Logic is unavailable?
The ownership and transition plan are agreed at the outset and documented with the architecture. If you hold the code and infrastructure accounts, another competent developer can take over. If we manage them for you, the handoff path and credentials process are still written down before the build starts.
Can you work with our existing developer or IT company?
Yes, and it often goes well. They know your environment; we bring the build capacity. We are happy to work to their standards and hand off cleanly.
