Common questions
Will this replace my employees?
Usually not, and that is rarely the goal for a business your size. The realistic outcome is that the person doing four hours of data entry a day gets those hours back for work that actually needs a human. If you are trying to avoid the next admin hire, that is a reasonable target. If you are trying to cut headcount, say so up front so we can be honest about whether the numbers support it.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
It will, some percentage of the time — anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something. That is why we design for it. Anything with money, legal, or safety consequences goes through a human approval step, and we measure the error rate before we ever let a workflow run unattended.
Do I need to replace my current software?
Almost never. Most of what we build sits alongside QuickBooks, your CRM, your scheduling tool, and your email, and moves information between them. Rip-and-replace is expensive and rarely necessary.
