Stop retyping what is already on the page
Invoices, purchase orders, acreage reports, delivery tickets, insurance forms, blueprints, inspection sheets. The information is already written down. Somebody in your office is typing it into a system a second time. That is the single most automatable task in most businesses, and modern models are genuinely good at it.
Typical timeline
4–10 weeks depending on document variety
Starting at
$9,000 for one document type end to end
Ongoing cost
Roughly $0.02–$0.20 per page processed, billed at cost
You probably need this if
- A stack of PDFs gets keyed into a system by hand every week
- You pay someone to read scanned forms and enter the numbers
- Vendor invoices arrive in fifteen different formats
- Errors from manual entry cost you real money or real credibility
- You have been told "that is not automatable" by someone who has not tried recently
What you get
An extraction pipeline tuned to your documents
Trained and validated against your real paperwork, not a generic demo. We measure accuracy per field before you rely on it.
A confidence and review queue
High-confidence extractions flow straight through. Anything uncertain goes to a person with the page and the extracted value side by side.
Reconciliation checks
Deterministic math and totals verification, so an extraction that does not add up gets flagged instead of silently entered.
Direct write into your system of record
Into QuickBooks, your ERP, your database — not into another spreadsheet.
Common questions
Our documents are handwritten and terrible quality. Does that work?
Sometimes. Handwriting and bad scans are where accuracy falls off, and we would rather find that out in week one than month three. We start every document project by running your worst real examples and reporting the honest per-field accuracy before you commit to a build.
How accurate is it really?
Depends entirely on the document. On clean structured forms, high nineties per field. On dense multi-page technical drawings, meaningfully lower, and it needs a review step. We will give you a measured number on your documents, not an industry average from a brochure.
